My approach is designed to integrate easily into your life, requiring as little as five minutes a day to begin reshaping your nervous system and letting go of the habits and beliefs that have been limiting your potential. My journey to this work was deeply personal. I reached a point where I was exhausted by self-doubt, constantly worrying about others’ opinions, and often prioritizing their comfort over my own well-being. I struggled with balancing my emotional responses to my children’s behavior, fearing that it might affect our relationship. My career felt equally unfulfilling; I had a part-time consulting business with great potential, but I lacked the motivation to make it successful. I was skilled in my field, yet something was missing—I wasn’t sure what would truly ignite my passion.
